If you told me a few days ago I’d be purchasing a spray bottle of Poo-Pourri Maple Pumpkin Before-You-Go Toilet Spray I’d say you’re ridiculous. But fast forward to today and well, I have a spray bottle of Maple Pumpkin scented Poo-Pourri Before-You-Go Toilet Spray in my bathroom and I feel like I’ve unlocked a new level of Fall love. I mean, I’m a Fall baby and with that comes a great love of all things autumn. The falling leaves, the pumpkins, the cool breeze, the sweaters, Halloween, what’s not to love about the Fall? So what’s the verdict? I am an autumn!
Since I’m an autumn I decided that I should spend my hard earned money on Poo-Pourri Maple Pumpkin Before-You-Go Toilet Spray. Did I need to do that? No. I absolutely did not. Did I want to do that? Absolutely, I did.
I should disclose, although popular, I have no experience with Poo-Pourri. I’ve never tried it. The thought never crossed my mind before! But we all have to try new things sometimes…! And Poo-Pourri tempted me with their new Fall scents. They have a Maple Pumpkin and a Salted Caramel Apple scent for the Fall 2024 season. I know, I know this all sounds absurd but I’m here for it. What exactly is Poo-Pourri? Well, if you haven’t heard about it it’s basically a way to trap odors before they begin in the bathroom. It’s made of essential oils which create a film over your toilet water and it traps unpleasant smells under that film. Just spray your toilet water with around three to five mists Poo-Pourri before you go and you’ll never have to worry about unpleasant odors escaping. Unlike traditional air fresheners you don’t need to spray it in the air. It goes in your actual toilet bowl. Does it work? TMI, yes, it actually does work. And yes, it does smell like pumpkin and spice and everything nice. Well, actually, it sort of smells like an Air Wick Air Freshener. It’s a bit of a generic pumpkin spice scent. I don’t get much maple to it! Honestly, I never thought I’d be over here reviewing a Maple Pumpkin-scented toilet spray but here we are! How fun am I? Truly pumpkin has now become an official part of my personality. And hey, if you’re weirded out by spritzing it in your toilet bowl you can actually use it your trash can as well which is how I’ve been using it unofficially. And if you are using it for a number two moment, well, I can attest it actually does work.
I am so unapologetic reviewing this right now because I got an absolute laugh out of the new Fall Poo-Pourri Collection. It’s the little things in life that make me smile!
