Lattafa Eclaire Review and Comparison to Bianco Latte

The fragrance on everyone’s lips at the moment is Lattafa Eclaire Eau de Parfum with it’s seductive notes of caramel, praline, vanilla, and musk it’s a gourmand lovers’ dream fragrance. Eclaire has taken social media by storm (particularly Tiktok) with fragrance lovers wonder how similar it is to Bianco Latte Eau de Parfum by Giardini di Toscana. Bianco Latte had a very strong viral moment several months ago on Tiktok. A lot of fragrance boutiques like Lucky Scent had a difficult time keeping in stock due the the popularity of the scent but at that time no fragrance could compare to it and it was a unique and beautiful gourmand that everyone wanted have in their collection. But in Lattafa we trust and this Arabian country has released their own affordable inspired by Bianco Latte fragrance that will likely sell out quickly. If you want this one I urge you to grab it from amazon.com while it’s still a halfway decent price and still available. In my experience, Lattafa fragrances are a lot like Bath and Body Works Candles. The price moves up and down as the demand is greater or less and sometimes the price goes high enough it might not be worth picking it up. Or the scent sells out and proves difficult to find. Lattafa Eclaire is set to explode as more and more Tiktokers get their hands on it.

If you aren’t familiar with Lattafa they are a well-known Arabian Fragrance House created in the UAE. They are well known for creating very, very similar scents to well-known niche scents from brands like Baccarat Rouge 540, Kilian Angels’ Share, etc…There are a lot of brands creating inspired by fragrances such as Dossier and Oakcha but trust me, when wearing a Lattafa fragrance you’d never tell the difference between the original niche and the Lattafa scent. If you read my Two Very Important Fragrances to Add to Your Fall Fragrance Collection from earlier last year you might recall I likened Nebras by Lattafa to Eilish by Billie Eilish. I can honestly say, in some ways, Lattafa did it even better and I may just feel the same about Eclaire.

At the moment a 3.4 oz bottle of Lattafa Eclaire is holding at $46 to $49 dollars and in most cases it ships free. Compared to Bianco Latte that’s $100 savings as Bianco Latte is $150 for 3.4 oz.

Bianco Latte notes:
Top Notes Caramel
Middle Notes Coumarin and Honey
Base Notes are Vanilla and White Musk

Lattafa Eclaire notes:
Top Notes Caramel, Milk, and Sugar
Middle Notes White Flowers and Honey
Base Notes Vanilla, Praline, and Musk

Although, the fragrances only share a few of the same notes Lattafa still managed to recreate Bianco Latte perfectly. Not only that but the scent seems richer, deeper, and warmer than the original fragrance. This scent is what I hoped Taskeen Caramel Cascade Perfume would be like. I have one very minor complaint when it comes to the launch of Lattafa Eclaire and that’s the season of this release. I wish, wish, wish they’d have waited for Fall to launch this. It’s so warm and cozy and perfect for the Fall weather. This isn’t a Summer scent but hey, who cares? It’s stunning even if the season is quite right for it.

This is all lush caramel, sugar, vanilla, and praline. I get none of the white florals or honey! It’s all creamy caramel, sugar vanilla, and warm praline. The dominant note is caramel as the set settles onto your skin a sugar vanilla element plays in the background and when it finally sets the warm, praline comes out to play. It reminds of sitting in front of the window at Aunt Sally’s in New Orleans watching them make pralines and getting that delicious, thick, warm scent of the candy in the air. This is such a delicious dessert gourmand.

It’s surprisingly not beast mode on first mist but if you get in about three good mists of it WELL, whoa! There it goes. It creates a huge scent bubble around you and projects beautifully. People will stop and ask what you’re wearing or to tell you that you smell delicious. I’ve been wearing it for three days and already got several compliments and questions about what it was I was wearing. I haven’t tried it yet but it might just layer well with Lattafa Nebras and in some ways it even smells a little like it but it doesn’t have the delicious chocolate note that Nebras has. And of course, it’ll work beautifully with Body By TPH Indulge Me Fragrance Mist or Body by TPH Anything Glows Body Oil.

Lattafa Eclaire is that girl! This is a must-have scent for gourmand lovers. I can’t recommend it enough! 100 stars! I’m sort of tempted to buy a backup but I have so many fragrances that would be a little crazy but this is a strong yes. Buy it!
